A relaxed atmosphere and quiet. There are power supplies but about three? There is only the place of the flat table. Drinking slowly at the bar counter is a unique way of spending here.

Be aware, while this is a nice spot to relax, it is very crowded and people camp on the sole 4 power outlets.

It ’s indulging, but I can relax. One of the few shops where you can drink alcohol in Starbucks. Staff are friendly.

Very spacious and well designed coffee shop with lot of seating options. The coffee and the service is excellent as usual. Can become be a bit crowded during lunch time, however most likely you will be able to find a free seat still.

The atmosphere is good and spacious. It is crowded unexpectedly on Saturdays and Sundays with people who have watched at the nearby Suntory Hall.

There is no power supply attached to the desk. One seat that can use the wall plug.

It was normal. There is a counter seat and drip coffee. I didn't drink it because it was expensive so I don't know the taste. I always think that the whipped cream is floating. What should I do with that cream? I wonder if there is a spoon. Let's take a look.

Didn't know there was a Starbucks reserve concept before this! It's pretty cool, you get to choose different type of brewing and pick up your coffee. Beans selection is limited so don't expect much. I had the Vietnam DA LAT which was solid but not as smooth as I had elsewhere in other boutique coffee chains. That said, its a good place to chill and start your Friday morning for sure.

Drip coffee is not good.

It is a good location to relax slowly without having been crowded enough that you can not sit on holiday. It was a little cold because of space like open space. There was also Seijo Ishii, Dean & Deluca on the same floor.

Lighting is also bright, and it calms down in a calm atmosphere. It is comfortable with a high ceiling and spacious feeling. No other shop has a shabby shop so if you want to spend it slowly, it is the best. The partner was also very curious about me

Recently remodeled with a more open floor plan and more seating. It doesn't have good views out the windows because it's at street level but the best views are inside...people watching.

Good environment, service and place to work

I am from the USA and Starbucks experience in Tokyo is just fine. Like many Japanese people, the staff at Starbucks are fluent enough in business English so that they understand me, because my Japanese is very poor...although I am learning. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the coffee is great!

Just like any other Starbucks, but the lounge here is above average compared to other Starbucks locations in Japan. Tables have power outlets for computers, cellphones, or whatever else you need power for.

As far as I know, the best starbucks. Service, comfort and menu are the best.

Wifi free, but always no seat. You should find another good cafe instead especially from 12h to 13h.

Cozy place for a cup of coffee

I’m generally not a fan of Starbucks anywhere, but if you need a pick-me-up, go here for the Hojicha Tea Latte. The space is the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. Legit. Lots of space. Nice interior design and atmosphere. Feels very anti-chain. 5 stars for quality drinks, and an environment that you can rest and relax in before hitting up Tokyo or even after a long day in Tokyo.

Reserve store with all the best coffees in the world. If all stores had this selection it would put everyone else out of business. Employees in reserve stores are coffee aficionados for sure

It was different from ordinary starbucks in open space!

It's a pretty big one and I always get a coffee frapuccino : D I heard it is one of those types that they call a "reserve" Starbucks.

Not bad

This is the most upscale Starbucks I have every seen. Their reserve coffee is awesome and have 4 or so ways to brew coffee! Three pastries are also great and they have my favorite sit milk matcha latte.

Unlike other Starbucks, this is an upscale store. There are many types of coffee, so I am satisfied.

Because it is a huge ship store, the quality of salesclerks varies widely. Some counters are kind and lovable, while others are non-standard and unsophisticated. Some people with insensitivity do not respond to chores in front of them even if there is a line. I feel like I'm bored in my spare time, when men and women are engaged in private language. Is the headquarters supervising? It seems that there are many chara men and women choose their faces only. There are some shop assistants who can use English, but most of them are just like a junior college student who is a junior college student. Such a wisdom is going to deceive the adults of the 100 battles in recruitment interviews, but the wholesaler does not do so.
